Ok ladies and gentlemen… spring is just around the corner and its time to start thinking about getting into that wedding attire… well here is you chance to have some pretty amazing help. Crossfit Charlottesville is opening its spring nutrition challenge to the public. Yep, all the expertise, information, and the winning pot is open to all.
The challenge starts tomorrow and is for 8 weeks! I am planning on being there so come and join me and we can get fit together!! If you are interested but cant make it in for the challenge, email Kyle at the gym for he also does personal nutrition consulting and could help you look amazing in that wedding dress!!
