After many years of being in this industry I finally had the opportunity to be on the other side of the camera this past weekend when I married the love of my life! We were beyond fortunate to be surrounded with so many friends and family on the most beautiful day we could have dreamed.  While we worked so hard to make this day special I could not have done it without the help of some of the most amazing, gracious, and talented vendors in the industry. Every single one of these amazing people listed above truly went above and beyond to make our day beyond our wildest dreams. Thank you all, words can’t even begin to express our gratitude.

For those of you who know me well you know I am a sucker for a good DIY project and I took on quite a few for the wedding! At some points I really didn’t know how I was going to get through the mound of ideas I managed to dream up and the truth is I would have never been able to get it all done, make it all happen and pull it all together without the help of my parents! My mom who went over and above helping search for the perfect resource, fine tune ideas, help with quite a few sewing projects, hand knit the bridesmaids gifts, and even stay up till wee hours of the morning cross stitching some amazing fine details! My dad was a total  superhero…mom and I would come up with an idea and he would build it. Literally. He made benches for the ceremony, cornhole games, a lemonade stand, the cake stand, the list goes on…
